These Terms govern your use of music.vandebeat.com. By registering, you agree to them. Please read carefully.
Membership
Access is free of charge but reserved for registered members with a verified email address. Only one account per person is permitted. Sharing of access credentials is prohibited.
Permitted use
Audio files are made available solely for personal, private listening via streaming. The following are expressly prohibited:
• Recording, ripping or reproducing the stream
• Sharing of account credentials
• Public performance (e.g. in venues, events)
• Any commercial use whatsoever
• Circumventing technical protection measures (stream tokens, watermarking)
Watermarking
Every authorised download carries a unique, inaudible watermark identifying you as the recipient. Should a watermarked file leak, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing office@vandebeat.com. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these Terms without prior notice.
Availability
The platform is operated on a best-effort basis. No specific availability SLA is guaranteed. Maintenance windows and outages may occur.
Governing law / jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law, excluding the CISG. To the extent permitted by law, the venue is the seat of the provider in Italy. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
